The phases look wrong
Attune works from two numbers: the day her last period started and how long her cycle usually runs. If today feels off by a day or two, open Settings and use Timing adjustment to nudge the whole timeline. If it is further off than that, the cleanest fix is to log a real period start: tap Period started? on the Today screen and pick the day it actually began. That resets the timeline to ground truth and clears any nudges.
Her cycle is not 28 days
Set her real cycle length in Settings, anywhere from 21 to 40 days, along with how long her period usually lasts. Attune divides the cycle into four phases from those numbers, so getting them close matters more than getting them exact.
The daily guidance is not personalized
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, Attune writes the day's guidance on your device. On every other iPhone it uses guidance written into the app instead. Both are specific and usable; the on-device version simply speaks more directly to the day. Nothing is sent to a server either way.
What Attune learns, and what it does not
Each morning Attune asks whether the previous day's suggestion landed. That single tap is the whole of it. Attune counts your answers to work out which kinds of gesture tend to land in which week of her cycle, and leans that way in what it suggests next.
The record is about what you did and how it went, never about what she is like. Attune keeps no notes or judgments about your wife, and it never uses your answers for anything to do with intimacy. Notifications are not arriving
Check that Cycle notifications is on in Attune's Settings, then open the iPhone Settings app, find Attune, and confirm notifications are allowed there too. Attune schedules everything locally on your device.
The widget is blank or out of date
Open Attune once. The widget reads from the app, so a single launch brings it current. If the widget shows a lock, the free trial of Attune Plus has ended; the widget is part of Plus.
Her history is missing on a new phone
Attune syncs through your own iCloud account, so signing in to the same Apple Account on the new phone and opening Attune should bring everything back within a minute or two. If it does not, check the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, then see all apps, and make sure Attune is switched on for both devices. Sync also needs iCloud Drive enabled and a network connection. Sync is free and does not require Attune Plus.
Turning sync off
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, then see all apps, and switch Attune off. The app keeps working exactly as before; your information simply stays on that one device instead of following you between them.
Restoring Attune Plus
Attune Plus is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. On a new device, open Settings and tap Restore purchase. If someone in your family bought it, make sure Purchase Sharing is turned on for your family group, then restore.
Deleting your data
There is no account to close and no server of ours to write to, because there is no server. Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. If you had sync on, a copy also lives in your own iCloud account: to remove that too, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, then see all apps, find Attune, and delete its data from iCloud.
